CONCESSIONS: Concessions are our main source of revenue. The Concessions Chairperson will coordinate all aspects of the concession stand, from stocking the stands to working with Team Parents to ensure we have concession stand volunteers.
SPIRIT WEAR: The Spirit Wear Chairperson will coordinate all aspects of selling Spirit Wear, from working with the Athletic Director on apparel, to stocking the sales locations and ensuring we have volunteers to sell at various events.
CORN BOIL: More than one Corn Boil Chairperson is needed for this long-standing tradition, held on the first day of school at Burgess Field. The chairpersons will coordinate, with the help of the Board, all aspects of the event, including dinner, donations, volunteers, and the program. Planning for this event should begin in early June.
GOLF OUTING: The Golf Outing Chairperson will plan and execute the annual golf outing, held in September, which includes, golf, food, drinks, and a raffle.
TRIVIA NIGHT: The Trivia Night Chairperson will plan and execute Trivia Night, held in February, which includes a trivia contest, food, drinks, and an auction.
SHAMROCK SHOOTOUT: The Shamrock Shootout Chairperson will coordinate this one-day basketball shootout, held in March.
